Extra credits
One credit builds and reviews one model. Credits do not expire, and a failed job never costs you one — if reconstruction fails on our side, the credit goes straight back.
What we do not sell
Unlimited model generation
Every model costs us real money to build and a real person's time to review. Anyone offering unlimited generation on a flat fee is either losing money on it or planning to change the terms later.
Hidden bandwidth overages
3D models are large files served on every product page view. Your plan states the ceiling. If you approach it we tell you before the month ends, not after.
Auto-debit or lock-in
Plans are prepaid - a month or a year at a time - and never renew by themselves. If you stop paying you drop to the free plan; your credits and models stay yours.
Questions merchants actually ask
What happens if a model comes out badly?
It never reaches your storefront. Every model is checked by a person against the dimensions you declared, and we ask you to re-shoot rather than publishing something wrong. Re-runs of a failed job do not cost another credit.
Which products will not work?
Glass, mirrors, chrome, high-gloss finishes, solid black or pure white objects, and very thin structures like wire frames and chains. We flag these when you add the product, so you find out before spending a credit rather than after. Full capture guide.
Will it slow my store down?
The script in your theme is under 4KB gzipped, loads asynchronously, and defers its work to idle time. The 3D viewer is a separate bundle fetched only when a shopper clicks the button.
Do my shoppers need an app?
No. AR runs through Scene Viewer on Android and AR Quick Look on iOS — both built into the phone. Desktop shoppers get the 3D viewer.
